Pushbutton team expands
Release date: February 10, 2005
The firm has appointed Lewis Hunt as Senior iTV Developer, reporting directly to Pushbutton’s Director of Interactive Development, James Cumberbatch.
Lewis is a very experienced iTV developer, having previously worked for Sky Active and Channelbay, where he was responsible for full delivery of a wide range of interactive TV programme enhancement, advertisements, and transactional services.
At Pushbutton he will be engaged in a growing list of high profile projects, including television advertisements for household brand names, and enhancements to popular TV shows enabling viewers to vote, enter competitions, interact with, and view content around their favourite programmes.
Pushbutton Managing Director, Paula Byrne, said “We are pursuing a growth plan based on top talent acquisition. Lewis was a star performer when I ran Sky Active’s development team, and I am absolutely delighted to have him join Pushbutton. He comfortably meets the strict ‘only top talent need apply’ rule we are pursuing to grow the business… Our expansion is based on a stellar performance in 2004, and extremely ambitious plans for 2005″, Byrne added.
